The location is fantastic and is one of the best places in Frankfurt with an excellent concierge service. Guests were very impressed with the personal service and top-notch amenities as well. The location's proximity to famous shopping streets and the Alte Oper make it the perfect destination for travelers looking for a luxurious stay in Frankfurt.

The hotel had a French touch and was up to the latest standards, making it a great city hotel with exceptional service for guests. While some reviewers found it, not on top as expected, others felt that it was the best hotel in Frankfurt.
