Some guests specifically mentioned the excellent massages and highlighted the spa as a great place to spend time in. Others loved the beautiful and functional design, including a huge whirlpool. While there were a couple of unfortunate instances where the spa was closed, the majority of guests had an unbelievable experience and even praised specific spa staff members like Laura and Martha. All in all, the spa at Helvetia&Bristol Firenze – Starhotels Collezione is definitely worth a visit!
