The service and staff are fantastic, making it a lovely holiday destination ideal for couples, friends and families. However, some guests were disappointed with the outdated facilities and with the fact that it's not a true 5-star resort. Additionally, guests found the food and drinks, as well as the spa, to be very expensive. Despite this, the resort offers a cashless option and amenities such as a fitness gym, shop, travel excursion and massage. If you're looking for a romantic luxury holiday away, this may not be the place for you. Overall, guests had a nice stay at this lovely resort but expected more from a true 5-star experience.
