Despite some minor challenges, such as the lack of robes and slippers, guests have been very satisfied with their massages with some even noting it has been the best massage they have ever gotten, particularly with their therapist, Scott. While some were not able to book massages initially, they were able to book facials during the last days of their stay. Guests have also appreciated the option to use the spa to wash up before leaving for their flights. The cabanas by the pool have been a popular spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Only the small hot spa was open during their stay, but it did not detract from the overall experience.
