Guests were overall pleased with their stay and many plan to return as the hotel truly is five stars in all aspects. However, some negative comments were made about the lack of 24-hour room service, staff availability and upgrades not being offered despite availability. Additionally, the spa was deemed in need of renovation and the food was below expectations for a five-star hotel. Despite these minor issues, the Park Hyatt in Melbourne is definitely worth considering for a luxurious stay in the city.
