Despite some maintenance issues, the hotel has great potential and its central location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions. However, some guests have reported issues with room reservations with some guests not receiving their booked amenities. It is essential to note that some guests have had issues with room security with some doors not closing correctly and one guest even managed to open other rooms using their key. Additionally, some rooms, which were booked on the ground floor, turned out to be semi-basement level. Finally, it is recommended to use the fire extinguisher provided to keep the door from opening due to air pressure, a potential safety concern.
