The kids' menu has a great selection of mains and desserts and breakfast is lovely. However, some guests complained of noisy kids in the corridors and one reviewer mentioned that the hotel was being used to house Ukrainian refugees, which affected their stay. The location is excellent for families, near shopping and bus stops with family suites providing a great size. The pool is a big draw for families, but some guests found the distance from the pool to their room with wet kids to be too far. Some guests were disappointed that the heating system was not sufficient and that there were no portable heaters available for their family. Overall, the hotel is family-friendly and has great amenities for kids, but some guests may be affected by noise levels or refugees being housed in the hotel.
