Former Castle Hotels in Drehna

Originally a Slavic castle from around the 16th century, Schlosshotel Fürstlich Drehna carries a long history behind its doors. The castle was rebuilt in the middle of the 16th century after the city of Drehna was taken over, adding three defensive towers and mooring the moat. The castle changed hands and was renovated quite frequently, while it gained its current name in 1807. Today it is a charming castle hotel that invites guests to live in its enchanting territory for the duration of their holidays.

Schloss Lübbenau boasts an incredibly picturesque location in the Spree Forest, creating a calm and idyllic atmosphere for every guest. The castle's fortification was initially built in the 1600s, but the actual castle was not fully constructed until the 1820s. During and after WWII, the castle was used as a hospital and a home for children, until it became a hotel in 1992.
