If you are planning on visiting the beautiful region of Rhön, Hotel Saxenhof might just be the right place for you. The hotel's location is considered to be very good and convenient for exploring the area, as many popular attractions such as the Schwarzes Moor, Wasserkuppe and Point Alpha are just a few kilometers away. The hotel is situated right on a main road and at the intersection, which some guests found to be a bit loud and disturbing, especially if their room was facing the street. Nevertheless, the hotel's friendly service and the fact that everything in town is within walking distance seem to make up for the traffic noise. Guests who stayed at the hotel would choose it again for their next visit to Rhön.
