The staff are accommodating, especially on special occasions like birthdays, where they went above and beyond, giving free valet parking, wifi and extended checkout time, making the stay exceptional. The room design and furnishings are also great with excellent city views, making the experience unforgettable. The only downside is the pricey parking fee and a few minor issues with the TV not working for a couple of days. Overall, it's one of the best hotels downtown and even though some may find it slightly overpriced, it's still a 5-star hotel experience for most.
