Unfortunately, some guests encountered challenges when trying to book spa time with one guest even having to wait 72 hours for a response. There were some mixed opinions on the quality of the therapists with some guests feeling that they could have received a better massage. Additionally, the spa room was reportedly chilly for one guest. However, the gym and spa received high praise from many and the only other negative was that the spa facilities were woefully short. Despite these minor setbacks, the spa at The Miami Beach EDITION is definitely worth a visit!
