Some guests even received a free upgrade to an executive suite with a Jacuzzi and were pleased with the added luxury. However, guests did note that the roof above the Jacuzzi is not solid and some Jacuzzis had no cover or hand rail for entry into the water. Despite these minor drawbacks, guests found their experience with the Jacuzzis to be absolutely positive and recommended the resort to other travelers.
