Although some guests couldn't book appointments at the Spa, those who did visit it absolutely loved it. They described it as top-notch, divine, amazing and wonderful. Christina, who works at the Spa was particularly praised for her helpfulness. Although there were a lot of services offered, there were additional costs for Spa access. A few guests did note that the Spa was under construction which led to some distractions, but the restorative treatments were still fantastic. The hotel also offers a vineyard tour and various dining options including breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee bar which all received accolades. While some guests thought the spa needed a refresh, others remarked that the staff were excellent and kind. Others still had minor complaints about the quality of robes and lack of amenities. Despite these minor issues, many reviewers said they would happily return to try out the Spa again.
