Location

Suncadia Resort is a beautiful property located in a scenic forest area with amazing views that will take your breath away. Guests love the location and the abundance of activities available on the resort, making it a perfect place for families. The golf course and the walking/biking trails are excellent outdoor attractions that everyone enjoys. The views around the property, the wildlife and beautiful location are just some of the things guests appreciate. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the food at the winery is incredible. The resort has access to a shuttle and lighted pathways at night, making it convenient for guests. There are also beautiful towns nearby, which are worth exploring. The grounds and location are outrageously gorgeous with beautiful landscapes on the other side of the Inn. Although it can be remote, it is a short car trip to arrive and enjoy the fantastic location. Overall, the location of the resort is fantastic and the views and scenery are beautiful, making it a gem location for any traveler.

Dinner

Suncadia Resort's dining options received mixed reviews from guests at the hotel. While some praised the phenomenal food and excellent service at certain restaurants, others found the menu offerings limited and overpriced. The Mexican Grill in Roslyn and the winery were definite highlights for guests with the food receiving great reviews. They try their best to accommodate your needs, even if they are short-staffed. The front desk staff are unmatched with professionalism and kindness and receptionist Holly is exceptional. The doormen and bell staff always do a great job, making you feel welcomed. The golf course staff and restaurant staff are also great and the bar staff always serve you with a smile. There were a few isolated incidents where some of the staff were not helpful or lacked knowledge, but this was not the norm. In one case, the staff did not enforce masking rules and in another instance, the front desk staff did not apologize or respond promptly. Overall, the staff try their hardest to make your stay great and accommodate your needs.

Pool

The pools at Suncadia Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Residence, are fantastic according to guest reviews. Although some of the pools were closed due to construction or unexpected issues, there are still multiple pools available for guests to enjoy, including an indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river and water slides. The location of the pools is also great with one guest describing them as "fabulous". Family and pet-friendly, the pool facilities include options for hot tubs, towels and even valet service for Tesla vehicles. Guests praise the cleanliness and fun atmosphere of the pools and although some had difficulty getting reservations, overall the pool experience at Suncadia Resort is highly recommended.

Family

If you're planning a family getaway, Suncadia Resort, is a great option to consider. The resort is family-friendly and has a lot of trails for biking. The pools were also great and clean and kids had fun swimming in the Nelson pool. Plus, upon return to your room, you may find smores makings at the front door which is great for the kids. The resort is also pet-friendly, making it easier for families to bring furry friends along on vacation. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even providing snacks and chicken tender meals for young children. Although a few guests didn't receive extra bedding even though they traveled with children, overall, families had a nice and enjoyable time. Therefore, I highly recommend Suncadia Resort for your next family getaway.

Golf

Suncadia Resort is the perfect destination for golf enthusiasts. The on-property golf courses provide a challenging yet enjoyable experience for all guests. The Prospector golf course receives particular praise with many guests raving about how great it was. The staff at the golf course also receive high marks for their service. Although some guests were not able to participate in golfing during their stay, others enjoyed the well-maintained and challenging courses. In addition to golfing, guests also enjoyed exploring the property by renting bikes. For those who want to be in the midst of the golf course action, there is a smaller building located right on the course. Overall, Suncadia Resort is an ideal destination for those who love both golf and luxury accommodation.
