Although some guests found the wellness options to be more medically oriented, the spa still received high praise for its outstanding body treatments and wide range of massages, especially the Thai massage. The swimming pool was described as beautiful, spacious, bright and heated to a comfortable 26 degrees Celsius. However, access to sauna was limited to time slots and came at an extra cost of 28 Euros per hour, which some guests found confusing and a bit too expensive. Other guests also found the spa area to be not very inviting, while some had to deal with extraneous costs not clearly indicated beforehand. Nonetheless, the manicure offer received excellent recommendations. Massages were performed in rooms that lacked relaxing atmosphere, but the Junior suite with whirlpool tub was regarded as fantastic. The hotel provided a great spa experience, although some guests did not have enough time to enjoy all the available options. As for the food, one guest described their evening menu as perfect.
