The rooms are reasonably priced and the family suite comes with a separate room for the kids. We purposely requested the suite since we are a family of 5 and it fit us with plenty of room to spare. Our teen-aged sons loved having the FREEDOM to roam around the hotel. The friendly family staff made us feel like home and the rules were fine but some felt too repetitive, like "Correcting” kids who run for a millisecond in the breakfast area. Despite that, the rest of the experience was top notch. The hotel had all the family-friendly attractions we needed and our kids loved it. Overall, a great visit with our family and definitely our go to spot here forward.

However, if you have small children, be aware that some toilet seats might be heavy and missing rubber stoppers. Additionally, the resort is not dog-friendly. Nevertheless, Nordic Village Condominium Resort is still highly recommended for family getaways, especially with nearby attractions like Storyland and good restaurants for families. Though some updates might be needed, it's still an amazing place to stay with your family or loved ones.

Despite only providing two towels for the room when we had our young child with us, the hotel is pet-friendly which is a bonus for families travelling with their furry friends.

With the hotel's proximity to Diana's Bath, the kids will get to experience the beauty of nature while indulging in outdoor activities. The arcades are sure to keep the kids entertained and the family busy. Plus, the outdoor heated pool is perfect for water-loving kids.

Unfortunately, the staff vending machine did not respect the one-family-per-elevator rule, but that didn't stop the kids from enjoying rolling down the hill.

While the hotel didn't have any kids' meals, there are still plenty of options for families to choose from; and there are still many 'todo' activities and adventures to keep you all occupied.

Overall, the White Mountain Hotel and Resort is a great family-friendly destination and its many activities for kids are sure to keep them entertained and happy throughout their stay.

The family rooms are ideal for those travelling with small kids and have everything you need, including a full-sized refrigerator for snacks and lunch items. The property also features a mini basketball court, pool and hot tub which my kids loved, as well as a fire pit with s’mores. There's lots of open space too, although privacy for changing with family might be an issue. The service was excellent and staff were always happy to help. The only downside was that it was hard for the entire family to watch TV together after a long day of hiking. However, the breakfast bag offered was a slight disappointment for some, although my kids enjoyed it. It was a great winter getaway and we'll definitely come back again and we recommend it to our friends and family.
