The location is also perfect for those looking for nearby restaurants, shopping and Settlers Green. Despite having to park a little ways from the entrance, guests appreciate the beautiful mountain view and the convenience that the resort's location provides. The town and local foods are also a hit with visitors, making this hotel a great choice for travelers looking for a prime location to enjoy all that North Conway has to offer.

However, the charge for the water park is outrageous considering what you get out of it, as some guests wished that it was included or at least discounted for overnight guests. Some of the younger kids found the arcade to be lacking, but others had a great time. Despite some minor issues such as high chlorine levels causing rashes, dirty pool bathrooms with overflowing trash and some broken-down attractions, the majority of guests enjoyed the pool and water park and it is definitely the highlight of their stay.

The water park is an absolute must-visit, providing a ton of family fun and the weekend program for kids was also a big hit! While the hotel is primarily designed for families with young children, others are welcome to come and enjoy the great location, fantastic family-friendly amenities and all-around awesome atmosphere.

Our younger guests loved the toddler section, while older kids enjoyed the wave pool and pool water slide. The Huguna Laguna water park was a hit with families with many laughs shared together. Kid daily activities are available to keep children busy throughout the day and the water park's friendly games are perfect for younger kids, while the arcade caters to older ones. Although the prices of the water park tickets were not included and some guests found it a bit steep, our guests still raved about how awesome the water park was, calling it amazing and great! The hotel also has an outdoor pool if you'd like to enjoy the sun. With all of these water activities on offer, it's no surprise that the water park was the best part of many guests' stay!
