The spa services are highly recommended, especially the amazing classical full body massage and the herbal sauna and steam bath. Even though some guests didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities, those who did found them really good with therapists who are gentle, attentive and knowledgeable. Overall, the spa area is clean and great with additional spa services available for a fee. The only downside is that the staff at the spa center can appear a little grumpy, possibly due to the lack of sunshine. However, guests highly advise treating yourself to a couple of massages at this excellent wellness center as it seems well worth the expense.
