Despite a few hiccups like poor front desk communication and below average service, overall it was a great value and a nice stay. The hotel took extra steps to ensure a clean and COVID-safe environment. However, some guests were disappointed with poor cleaning and felt that the hotel was not a good value compared to other four-star options in the area. Despite this, many guests would love to stay again and highly recommend The Westin St. Louis.
