Beds
The Mercure Bournemouth Queens Hotel and Spa offers a range of comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep. Guests have raved about the super comfy beds and pillows, causing many to fall asleep in seconds. Some guests have even noted that the beds are super soft and the spacious king-sized option is especially kind to sleepers. Many guests mention that the parking is expensive with charges of £10-£20 per day and it can be hard to find a space on-site. Some guests had to resort to parking on the street, which can be awkward and inconvenient. There are also complaints of unhelpful staff and a lack of options for EV charging. 4 Star
The Mercure Bournemouth Queens Hotel and Spa offers mixed experiences for guests. Some visitors had a disappointing stay and felt the hotel didn't meet the luxury four-star rating they expected with outdated facilities and poor upkeep, including tired carpeting and worn bathroom fixtures.
