Unfortunately, the pool was closed at times and some guests were not notified until check-in. However, those who were able to use the pool found the facilities to be adequate and appreciated the water jet section. Although some guests complained about the green and murky water, others found the pool to be clean and of a good size. The pool staff received high praise for their excellent service. The leisure club has additional facilities such as a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, all available for free use. Some guests even loved having access to the pool and enjoyed spending time chilling there. However, a few had negative experiences with aggressive swimmers and loose tiles in the pool. Despite some challenges, the mystery of the pool's availability did not stop guests from picking this hotel and many appreciated the great location and relaxing pool area.
