Visitors appreciate the Spas Splashy ambiance, which puts guests in the mood for the proper palace experience. However, some guests feel that the spa's acoustics aren't perfect and there should be more rigorous control of the COVID-19 safety protocols. Guests should be mindful of Spa crowding though and Restaurant service, which some guests feel needs substantial improvement.
