The location is great, just far enough away from all the noisy bars but close enough for quick access to the city and beach. The hotel is situated within the area of Poniente Beach and there are restaurants nearby, as well as buses and taxis right outside. Although some guests noted ongoing construction in the area, the overall location and facilities were excellent. One minor complaint was that the rooms were too warm with no way to adjust the heating. However, the hotel's perfect location, especially for Benidorm Palace, made up for it. The beach and bars and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away. Guests also found it easy to get to the hotel by car.
