Guests have raved about the hamam massage, calling it worth every cent and a great experience. Many have also commented that the overall SPA services exceeded their expectations with some even calling it amazing thanks to the skilled staff, including Faruk and Yeni. While some guests had minor complaints, such as poor quality massage oils and a poor quality steam room, most guests had a very positive experience.
The spa center itself is described as very good and well-organized with an indoor area that includes a hammam and sauna, as well as a pool that unfortunately wasn't heated enough for some guests' liking. However, there is also an outdoor pool available.
In addition to the hamam massage, guests have enjoyed a variety of spa services including a peeling, soap massage, classic massage and face clay mask. Despite some complaints about exorbitant prices, most guests overall were very pleased with their spa experience at Balmy Foresta.
