The spa center itself is described as very good and well-organized with an indoor area that includes a hammam and sauna, as well as a pool that unfortunately wasn't heated enough for some guests' liking. However, there is also an outdoor pool available.

In addition to the hamam massage, guests have enjoyed a variety of spa services including a peeling, soap massage, classic massage and face clay mask. Despite some complaints about exorbitant prices, most guests overall were very pleased with their spa experience at Paloma Foresta.
