The hotel is located adjacent to a lift and just a short walk from the PATH train station, offering direct trains for easy access to NYC. The location is execellent, especially for those on business trips. Although some guests found the accounting and check-in process to be a little cumbersome, overall the facilities and services received high marks. While the breakfast service was disappointing, the hotel offers several other amenities worth mentioning. Other hotels can learn a lot from this Hilton hotel, as their customer service is exceptional. However, keep in mind they do not offer breakfast during the week, which can be a surprise for some guests, especially those on business trips. It was unfortunate to see that they were feeding a business meeting in the morning but not allowing paying customers to eat. Despite that, some guests felt that the price was high for what was offered and thought it was more of a three-star experience.
