The hotel offers quick check-in and check-out services, as well as a concierge who is very helpful in planning how you can spend your time in the city. The staff is fluent in Russian and the hotel is located in the best part of the city. The rooms are also of a good size. If you need any assistance with your wardrobe, the hotel provides quick ironing services. Though UnionPay cards are not accepted, some of the top 10 Azerbaijani banks work with that payment system, therefore the hotel should consider partnering with these banks for the convenience of their clients. The only negative point to consider is that ordering taxis and other services through the hotel is much more expensive compared to regular city services such as Uber. The level of service is exceptional in this class of hotel, making it perfect for business meetings.
