The staff was friendly, polite and helpful, booking transfers, lending us umbrellas and providing framed information about nearby restaurants and bars. They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The level of communication and service from Theodore was exceptional - truly caring about customer satisfaction. Overall, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and we would highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.
