The picturesque location offers beautiful views across the gulf and is a great starting point for car-oriented holidays. The hotel is on a hill not far from the city of Chania and many guests appreciate the peacefulness and tranquility of the environment. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful pool area, surrounded by well-maintained exterior spaces and a bar for refreshments. While the location is a little hard to reach without a car, some guests find walking to the nearby small village to be a lovely experience. Overall, the Areti Aparthotel is an excellent location for exploring Crete with one guest describing it as a "zentral gelegen für ganz Kreta."
