The Westin Annapolis hotel is a beautiful property located in the heart of the enchanting city of Annapolis. This hotel is conveniently located close to a variety of great restaurants, shops and bars, making it the perfect choice for those looking for convenience of location during their stay. The hotel is also situated in a perfect spot for exploring Annapolis and the United States Naval Academy. With many great attractions nearby, it is easy to take a short walk or quick drive to all the places you want to visit. Parking may be inconvenient and expensive, but the great location of the hotel more than makes up for it. You can easily walk to the harbor and enjoy the beautiful views. Overall, this hotel offers a high quality stay in a great location.

Rooms

Guests who have stayed at The Westin Annapolis rave about the clean and modern design of the rooms. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is great, complete with a wonderful shower. Despite a few minor issues with room service and housekeeping, guests find the rooms very clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Even those who weren't completely sold on the bed still found it to be comfortable overall. The only gripe guests seem to have is with the pillows, which some say could be better. Nevertheless, the amazingly comfortable beds make for a memorable stay at The Westin Annapolis.

While there have been some minor issues with broken fixtures and insufficient washcloths, these were quickly addressed by the hotel staff. The front desk staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating. They welcome you with open arms and make sure you have a comfortable and great stay. The bartender serves up some tasty drinks, while the valet staff goes above and beyond. The cleaning ladies were amazing and made sure the rooms were clean and tidy. Even the night staff who were rude did not dampen the overall positive experience. The staff practice social distancing and are exceptional with their customer service. Tom was sweet, kind and very patient with the guests. The staff is v helpful, friendly and made the trip an awesome and pleasant experience. The only downside was that the person at the front desk could have been a bit more polite and no room service ever answered the phone during the whole stay. But overall, guests had a GREAT STAY AND WONDERFUL STAFF experience at The Westin Annapolis.

Wi-Fi

However, some guests had to ask for towels at the unstocked pool. One downside is that Starbucks closes in the afternoon and there is no urn in the lobby like most other hotels. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing and safe pool experience, The Westin Annapolis is a great choice.
