The staff is very caring and friendly, always eager to help and assist with anything you need. They treat their guests like family and are extremely kind and welcoming. The lovely ladies Maria and Marianna were wonderful hosts every morning for breakfast, while Antonio the receptionist was very helpful and gave great recommendations for exploring the area. The entire hotel staff was very knowledgeable and professional and they made sure that we had a great stay with excellent service. They were always there to answer any questions and provide assistance, carrying our luggages through stairs and making the welcome process amazing. Overall, the staff at Palazzo Don Salvatore are exceptional in service, assistance and friendliness and they made our stay truly unforgettable.
