Some even remarked that it was the best spa they have visited in years. Guests who received treatments highlighted the professionalism of the staff, specifically mentioning Carolina. While some felt that the facilities could use updating, most found them to be well-maintained and clean and appreciated the extra touches like ice fountains. The only downside reported was the early closing time of 6pm for all spa and leisure facilities. Overall, those who were able to visit the spa highly recommend it to others.
