The spa also offered complementary paper, generous towels, robes and refreshments. Despite some comments mentioning that the Spa looked a bit tired and could have been cleaner, overall, guests agreed it was the star of their stay, outstanding, incredible, heavenly and the best they'd ever stayed at. Some even specifically called out the Spa staff and their top-class treatments that made their stay unforgettable. The only downsides mentioned were the spa's distance from the hotel and unruly children that disrupted the peaceful atmosphere.
