Summary of reviews

Summarized by AI

Laguna Beskidów Resort is a highly regarded destination, praised for its stunning location and exceptional cleanliness. Nestled by a picturesque lake, the hotel occupies a peaceful spot amidst nature, making it an ideal retreat for outdoor enthusiasts. The location provides easy access to recreational activities, including water sports and scenic trails, while offering breathtaking views from the well-appointed apartments. The property's design is new and appealing, with modern amenities that cater to guests’ needs, such as dual televisions and available Netflix. Ample parking adds to the convenience.

The hotel consistently earns praise for its spotless condition, with elegantly furnished accommodations that maintain a fresh appearance. The apartments are spacious, featuring comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchenettes, contributing to a pleasant stay. Guests also enjoy facilities like the gym and sauna, and the hotel’s pleasant ambiance is enhanced by the fresh aroma throughout its premises. The reception staff receives commendations for their professionalism and warm demeanor, going out of their way to assist guests, which greatly elevates the overall experience. The approachable owner further contributes to the welcoming atmosphere.

Despite these positives, some minor issues persist. Certain areas are still under development, with construction activities ongoing, and there are occasional concerns about litter on paths to the lake. However, the major drawback is the inconsistent WiFi service, which many guests have found frustrating. While the hotel offers a top-notch stay in terms of location, cleanliness, and service, improvements in internet connectivity would enhance the experience further. Overall, Laguna Beskidów Resort remains a favored destination for those seeking a serene and well-appointed retreat.
