Guests were impressed with the location, rooms and food - all things you expect from a top-rated hotel. Although some guests felt that the hotel needs to upgrade their TV and air conditioning systems and remove the carpets to maintain their five-star rating, this did not detract from the exceptional stay experience. However, there were a few negative reviews stating that the hotel did not meet their standards for a five-star rating and that breakfast was poor.
