Families will appreciate the pool area as well, though it can get a bit crowded. Guests do need to be aware that they will need to wear swim caps (which can be purchased at the hotel) to swim, but this is a small inconvenience. Some guests have noted that the pool is not quite as spacious as it appears in photos and that it can attract a lot of people, including children's groups and professional athletes. However, the hotel staff does an excellent job of keeping the area well-serviced and clean with plenty of Brazalets available for access. There have been some concerns about the safety of the rooftop pool area for young children, but as long as guests are cautious, there should be no issue. Overall, the pool area at the Holiday Inn Yerevan - Republic Square, an IHG Hotel is an excellent place to relax and get some exercise with plenty of amenities to enjoy.
