Guests can easily access popular spots including the trendy Cloud Bar, as well as other nearby bars and restaurants just a short 5 minute walk away. However, some guests were disappointed to find that the Cloud Bar was closed for a private function during their stay. Despite this, overall the hotel offers a pleasant stay in a great central location, although some found it lacking in interest beyond just a place to sleep. One downside was having to go down 19 floors due to a fire alarm, but this was just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise enjoyable stay.
