The Winning Post is located in a lovely, quiet and slightly remote area that is still very convenient. It's only a half-hour drive from Heathrow, making it a great location for those flying in or out. The pub has a wonderful and picturesque impression - as you drive in, it looks lovely. On-site parking is available, although it can fill up quickly and if you arrive late, you may have to park on the road. Nonetheless, the location is excellent for exploring the surrounding areas, including Windsor (less than a 10-minute drive away) and Legoland (around 5 minutes' drive). It's also a cosy retreat near Ascot and Maidenhead. Additionally, the location offers guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. It's a great place for an overnight stay that's close to Windsor and it's dog-friendly too! The bar area is lovely and the entire place has a rustic charm that's perfect for some time away in a fantastic location. Overall, The Winning Post's proximity to Legoland, Windsor and Ascot racing makes it a convenient and idyllic location for visitors.
