Access for individuals with disabilities is possible, as the hotel provides contactless access. Guests appreciated the good sound insulation of the building, making it perfect for a stopover or stay in Ulm. The hotel features a parking entrance that may be a bit narrow, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. While some guests had to check in via a computer in the hall, the process was uncomplicated. Unfortunately, the entrance to the main building is via steep public stairs with a view of the busy railyards, but quiet rooms are available on the backside of the hotel.
