Although the facilities were closed and there was no driving range, it is a great spot for a fun golfing weekend. The hotel obviously caters to large golfing parties and has a lovely pool. Guests loved the lovely golf course and its scenic views, despite some complaints of steep and badly signposted course. However, it may not be suitable for those over 65 and unfortunately, it is not possible to rent golf equipment or buggies. Overall, Hellidon Lakes Hotel is a standard golf/wedding type hotel that is perfect for a peaceful golfing getaway with lovely views of the golf course.
