The concierge team is among the best encountered in a five-star hotel, providing exceptional service. This beautiful hotel is highly recommended and is considered the best in Wellington. Although the toiletries may not be five-star, the experience overall is exceptional. With a fabulous location, room, view and service, the InterContinental Wellington is a breath of fresh air and well worth considering for your next trip. However, some guests feel that the service could have been improved to live up to the hotel's five-star rating. Breakfast was excellent, but they expected something special as they do in other five-star hotels in other countries.
