Fiori Apartments are ideally situated in the heart of Parramatta, making them a highly convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. Its prime location near Parramatta train station ensures easy access to public transport and attractions and its proximity to Westfield Parramatta offers ample shopping and dining options. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning and full-sized refrigerators, making the apartments suitable for families and large groups.
The staff at Fiori Apartments are often recognized for their friendliness, efficiency and helpful service, significantly enhancing the overall guest experience. The reception team is frequently praised for being welcoming and accommodating, contributing to a smooth check-in process. Despite occasional issues with staff availability and wait times, the general sentiment about the staff remains positive.
The indoor pool area is another highlight, particularly for families. The pool is generally well-maintained and provides a pleasurable experience for children and adults alike, though some guests have noted it can be cold and certain amenities like the spa and jets may not always be operational.
However, reviews also indicate areas requiring improvement. The WiFi service receives consistent criticism for poor connectivity and lack of availability. Cleanliness is another significant issue with frequent reports of dirty rooms, mouldy bathrooms and unclean kitchens detracting from the overall experience. The maintenance of fixtures and furniture also appears inconsistent with many guests reporting outdated, broken or worn-out items.
Parking at the property is convenient and secure, though some guests find the car park difficult to navigate and occasionally messy. Bedding receives mixed reviews; while some guests find the beds comfortable, many others describe them as old, sagging and uncomfortable.
In summary, Fiori Apartments offers a well-located and spacious option for travelers, bolstered by a friendly staff and a family-friendly pool. However, inconsistencies in cleanliness, maintenance and amenities like WiFi and bedding suggest room for improvement to fully meet guest expectations.
