The hotel staff's efforts have not gone unnoticed as they have provided us with superb service. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional and we can't wait to come back. The hotel is at the height of a 5-star rating and it's truly a palace that lives up to the magic of Zermatt and the surrounding region.

Despite being a 5-star hotel, guests agree that the spa area could be slightly larger. However, this is just a minor critique in what can only be described as a 4-day dream stay amid the darkness of this year. Our room costs may seem steep, but for what we got, it was worth it.

Overall, if you're looking for the best, Grand Hotel Zermatterhof is the place to be. Their exceptional facilities, superb service and comfortable rooms all add up to a fantastic stay. A big thank you to the staff, who made our weekend excellent!

However, a few guests felt that some details were not up to 5-star standards and that the hotel should be classified as 4 stars instead. Nonetheless, the overwhelming majority of guests agreed that The Capra Saas-Fee is a magnifique hôtel that is worth every penny spent and should even be considered for Palace status. All in all, it's a top du top choice for a romantic weekend or an exceptional getaway.

However, some have expressed disappointment with the quality of food served in the Bazaar restaurant and some felt that the price paid was too expensive for the services received. Overall, guests appreciate the respect shown for the environment and mountain traditions, making it an exceptional 5-star hotel. The Alpinist rooms are correspondingly luxurious, while the rest of the hotel may not match this standard.
