Free WiFi is available throughout the building and a single key-card opens every door, from the car gate (you may come and go at any hour) to your room's door. On the ground floor a homely parlor awaits you with its comfortable sofas. You can have a conversation with other guests or learn what to do while in town.
On your room floor you'll find a corner to prepare tea and coffee to enjoy as you relax in your room. Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome. Faramir, our own Golden Retriever, will be their host.
If needed, a private taxi will provide reliable transfer to and from airports or railway stations at a fixed, guaranteed cost. Since our opening in 2013, we have experienced a growing number of guests choosing Locanda San Bernardo as their favourite bicycle tour accommodation stop through our region. A secure garage/workshop is now available to park their bicycles. Our workshop is equipped with many items you may need to tune up your bike and prepare it for the next day’s trip. Included are: a hot and cold water sink; a bicycle work stand; a workbench with a set of specific tools for small repairs and a compressor to tweak tyre pressure.
Elegance
All rooms, furnished in good taste with some original pieces from the 1930s, are very spacious and are prepared with a large bed (matrimoniale) or with two single beds (twin). Even the most discriminating of guests will be pleased by a suite, or by a room with a private terrace. An elevator reaches the two floors.
Comfort
All rooms are equipped with sound-resistant windows, as well as in-room temperature control. Beds have comfortable mattresses and a choice of pillows (feather and syntetic). Bathrooms are equipped with quality towels and feature a "super-shower" with extra large shower trays and rainshower shower heads. Smoking is not allowed in the guest house, but a comfortable outdoor smoking area is located on the second floor.
