Families find it particularly appealing due to its child-friendly environment and proximity to essential shops, ensuring a stress-free stay.
Guests consistently praise the spacious and tastefully furnished apartments, which are equipped with ample amenities for a comfortable and stylish experience. The beds are noted for their exceptional comfort, while the views from the apartments contribute to an enjoyable stay. Despite these highlights, there are occasional issues with cleanliness, including reports of cockroaches and minor cleanliness concerns which slightly detract from the overall experience.

While the units are typically well-kept, there are concerns about unpleasant odors and cleanliness issues with specific amenities, such as fridges and showers, that could be improved to enhance satisfaction.
The staff at The Blyde provide a mixed experience, with notable mentions of exceptional service, particularly from Mpho Aphane, who has been recognized for professionalism and attentiveness. The security team often receives praise for their helpful demeanor. However, inconsistent service quality from other staff members, perceived as unfriendly or unhelpful, points to the need for greater consistency in guest interaction.
