Los canes no pueden entrar en el are de la piscina ni en la piscina. Salvo que alquilen las instalaciones completas, las mascotas no pueden entrar en salón o comedor y en ningún caso en la cocina del alojamiento, en los baños ni en la piscina.
Hay un espacio para bañar a los perros y el champu, cepillo, toalla y secador lo aportan los propietarios. El espacio lo deben de dejar los usuarios en perfectas condiciones para el uso de otros clientes.
