The staff is friendly and the buffet breakfast is delicious. The rooms are spacious, stylish and very comfortable in comparison to other hotels in Sri Lanka. Guests really feel like they're in a high-end place with many describing their stay as very luxurious. Although some guests didn't feel it was as luxurious as they expected for a 5-star property, overall, the quality of the rooms and the hotel itself was bel hôtel and haut de gamme.
