Many guests were pleased with the swimming pool and noted that it was well-run. Although some guests had to deal with long walks and lift waits, they found it lovely to have the option to use the pool. However, some guests found swimming pool access complicated to book. When the main pool was not in use, guests were offered other pools off-site but many were satisfied with the pool and jacuzzi, describing them as amazing. Others said that the swimming pool/spa use was included and was really quiet and lovely. The pool booking system was user-friendly with options to book both pools, forum and Dylan's. Noticeably, some guests were not happy with the stairs leading to the pool, describing them as dirty. Despite this minor issue, the pool and tennis facilities at this hotel were great. The location and spa were also wonderful and guests had access to the gym and sauna too. In general, amenities like the pool and restaurants at The Manor House were described as marvellous, providing guests with a great value for their money.
