The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk over from the New London Ferry and various shops and restaurants. Additionally, guests appreciate the ease of access to all the amenities just downstairs, such as options for shopping and food. The hotel is also loved for its location right in the bustling casino, giving guests plenty of options for things to do. While some guests found it to be a long walk to Earth Tower, others appreciated its close proximity to the action. Despite some guests needing more guidance with the location, there are arrows for directions nearby and all employees were able to assist in getting guests to the right place. Overall, the location is convenient and busy downstairs, while also providing a nice and quiet retreat in the hotel rooms with a beautiful view.

If you're looking for a hotel with fantastic service, look no further than Mohegan Sun. The staff here is wonderful! From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone is professional, kind and accommodating. Bellhop and valet staff were particularly speedy and courteous and the front desk fulfilled our every request. Even the security team, working the elevator area, made us feel very safe. The cleaning crew even helped us find our room! While there were a couple of incidents with staff being rude, most of the employees were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Dining service was particularly good with the staff at Johnny Rockets and the bartender at the bar with the big waterfall, Jon, being exceptional. Although communication from some staff could have been better, the majority of the service was excellent. Overall, the hotel is fantastic and the staff is amazing!
