Dorint Resort Baltic Hills Usedom is a hotel that advertises a four-star rating and it meets this expectation in certain aspects. Guests appreciated the large, nicely furnished and very clean rooms, as well as the quality of the spa facilities. Breakfast also received praise for being plentiful and leaving nothing to be desired, aligning with what might be expected of a four-star establishment.
However, various comments suggest that the hotel falls short in several areas. There were mentions of missing amenities that are typically standard in four-star hotels, like air conditioning and a small refrigerator or minibar. Some facilities such as the absence of a door in the walk-in closet and the presence of spider webs in rooms and balconies led reviewers to question the four-star rating. Dinner quality also did not meet the expectations for a hotel of this rating, as did the limited breakfast options beyond what was deemed as ample. Overall, while the hotel matched four-star standards in some areas, the lack of certain basic amenities and the perceived drop in service quality suggest room for improvement.
