A plus Ferienpark Usedom is a highly praised accommodation, particularly for its prime location and excellent amenities. Situated near the Baltic Sea, the hotel offers easy access to a stunning beach with "powdered sugar sand," reachable through picturesque trails and a high staircase. The peaceful and scenic environment, coupled with proximity to shopping facilities and the charming town of Koserow, makes it a perfect retreat for beach lovers and nature enthusiasts.
Guests frequently compliment the spacious, clean and well-equipped apartments, which feature modern kitchens, luxurious bathrooms and, in some units, private saunas, whirlpools and fireplaces. These elements combine to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. The quiet, serene setting and the presence of nature trails also enhance the appeal for guests seeking outdoor activities like walking and cycling.
The on-site breakfast service is well-received with options like fresh bread delivery to rooms and a bistro serving a satisfying breakfast buffet. Despite some calls for more variety and improvements, the convenience and quality of breakfast offerings are appreciated by many. However, the dinner options receive mixed reviews with some guests finding the on-site dining facilities limited and overpriced, especially given the frequent closures of the bistro and pizzeria. Nevertheless, the nearby village offers good local alternatives.
Cleanliness and maintenance are top-notch with guests frequently noting the spotless condition of the accommodations and communal areas. The friendly and helpful staff contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel well-attended to throughout their stay.
The swimming pool and sauna facilities receive high praise, particularly from families with children. The large, clean indoor pool and the additional features like a separate baby pool and whirlpool provide a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The ample opening hours and the accessibility of these amenities add significant value to the guests' experience.
Parking is generally convenient with designated spaces close to the accommodations, although larger vehicles might find the spaces tight and there is a lack of charging facilities for electric cars. Guests highlight the comfort of the beds but note some inconsistency with a few beds and mattresses needing updates for better support.
Overall, A plus Ferienpark Usedom is highly recommended for its beautiful location, excellent facilities and outstanding service, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation or a nature-centered retreat.
